Regarding today’s advisory by the Maryland State Police.
You may have received a message this morning from MSP. The message was sent out to everyone about an issue with some instructors not providing certificates of completion for their HQL training.Â
We provide all of our students with appropriate training certificates.  In August of 2022 we started emailing certificates to everyone who met the standards of training completion.  If you are required to upload your certificate and did not download it before, you should be able to search your email for “Your HQL Certificate” which was the subject line of the email sent that contained the certificate.Â
The State Police Advisory states that effective December 1st 2024 HQL applicants are required to upload a certificate.Â
If you already have your HQL license NO FUTHER ACTION IS REQUIRED
