DESCRIPTION:Maryland HQL + Arizona CWP \nMaryland Handgun Qualification License Course \nConducted by a Multi-discipline Certified Law Enforcement Instructor. \nThis course is designed to provide the necessary training so that the Maryland resident can obtain the MD Handgun Qualification License.
