DESCRIPTION:Delaware CCDW\nDelaware Concealed Carry of a Deadly Weapon Permit\nConducted by a Multi-discipline Certified Law Enforcement Instructor\n*Must be a resident of Delaware to qualify for the Delaware CCDw. \nCourse Duration: 8 hours\nCourse Cost: $150\nCourse Goal: The goal of this course is for you the citizen to gain the credit needed to apply for a concealed carry permit from Delaware this course is also designed for those who wish to complete the first 8 hours of training towards your Maryland Wear and Carry. \nCourse Prerequisites: NONE \nCourse Subject Matter: \nPistol Knowledge and Safe Gun Handling\nConcealed carry options\nLegal understanding of the use of lethal force\nState laws pertaining to self-defense\nDefensive shooting tactics\nGear/Equipment to bring to course: \nA modern firearm (.38 Revolver or 9mm handgun or larger caliber) *for those who do not yet have a permit or own a firearm\, for a it will be provided by the Instructor- Please call the office if you do not have a handgun.\n3 speed loaders or magazines\nBelt-mounted\, dominant side concealment holster\nMagazine / Speed loader pouches\nSturdy belt at least 1.5” wide\nFootwear suitable for rapid movement and turning\nBaseball style hat\nEye protection\nHearing protection\nA Jacket or shirt capable of covering the weapon\nClothing appropriate for climate and conditions\nKnee pads (Optional)\nCourse Completion: Upon successful completion of this class you will receive your approved *Delaware CCDW certificate.\n* Must be a resident of Delaware \nBONUS!!!- Taking this course with us will give you the option to come back twice a month for FREE extra training.
